View Your Recipes on Your Mobile Devices

The Home Cookin Cloud

The cloud provides temporary storage you can access with the web browser on your tablet or smart phone. Export your recipes to the cloud so you can view them online whether you are in the kitchen or out of town on vacation.

Important:

• Cloud accounts are limited to 100MB of storage space. If you have a large recipe collection you will need to choose which recipes you want to export. Smaller collections may be uploaded as a whole.
  
  
• Accounts that have not been updated in the last year will be deleted. Upload your recipes regularly to avoid an inactive account.
  
  
• Recipes cannot be downloaded from the cloud after uploading. Please remember to backup your recipes regularly!

Request a Cloud ID

1. Click the Cloud ID button on the Options screen in Home Cookin to request your free Cloud ID. This should open the ID request page on my web site. Once you have your code enter it into Home Cookin.
   
   
2. If the Cloud ID button does not take you directly to the request page, you can visit the ID Request page manually.

Export your recipes to the cloud.

1. Select the chapters you want to export by checking the boxes next to each desired chapter.
   If you have a small recipe collection, you can simply choose the All Recipes chapter.
2. Press Control+A on your keyboard to select all recipes in the chosen chapters.
3. Click the Export button, then select Export to the Cloud.

Login to the Cloud Viewer

1. Login to the Cloud Viewer at hcrecipes.com with a web browser on your smart phone or tablet.
2. Enter the Cloud ID on the Options screen in Home Cookin. Recipes are organized by chapter and index the same way they are in Home Cookin.
